Selma

They walked for our freedom,got beaten for our cause. How far we have come and how far we have to go. The pain of injustice still stings as it did 50 years ago.The leaders of the past and the leaders of today will commemorate the March in Selma. History will show the people who stood up for freedom in a kind light. History will also show those who fought against Civil Rights and those of high office who choose to ignore this day as ignorant and not part of the true American fabric. Walk on Selma and prop us up for our next chapter.
