The talented folks over at Cookin’ Soul have put together a nice mix of Quincy Jones’ ‘Summer In The City’ and Jay-Z’s ‘Hello Brooklyn’. Check out what they had to say below about the project.

'It´s Summertime and we had to do somethin special, everybody knows the classic ‘Summer in the city’ by Quincy Jones, we decided to take it to Brooklyn, mixin Jay-Z and Lil Wayne vocals from ‘Hello BK’, addin some new fantastic visuals based on typography and still images of Brooklyn. Production, SFX, animation and edit by Greg Solenström.'

Cookin' Soul is a trio of producers/dee-jays out of Valencia, Spain. They have produced songs for some of the biggest names in the music business like The Game, Swizz Beatz, Soulja Boy, Nicki Minaj and many more. They have also been featured in over 100 albums and mixtapes worldwide.
