Ferrari 458 Italia catches fire

What you’re looking at here is the third recorded destroyed Ferrari 458 Italia (first can be seen here and here). What happened here?

Story goes that the driver noticed fire in one of the rear wheel wells when it started to spread. Lucky for the owner, a passerby happened to have a large fire-extinguisher on hand and both were able to quickly put out the flame.

The cause of the fire remains unknown.
